THE STORY OF MGCNLCA
A Legacy of Faith, Learning, and Purpose
MGC New Life Christian Academy (MGCNLCA) is a non-profit Chinese Christian school dedicated to proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ, nurturing Christlike character, pursuing academic excellence, and developing God-fearing, socially responsible young leaders who will make a difference in the world.
For over 35 years, by the grace of God, MGCNLCA has grown far beyond its humble beginnings. What started in a home in Paco, Manila eventually moved to Dela Rosa Street in Makati, and later to its present campus in Bonifacio Global City — each chapter a testament to God’s faithfulness and sustaining hand.
Today, the school serves more than 1,300 students, with many more families hoping to be part of the MGCNLCA community. Each year, applications exceed available spaces, and many must be turned away. These are missed opportunities not only for enrollment, but for ministry, discipleship, and lasting impact. While the school’s mission and vision remain as strong as ever, the limitations of its current space have made expansion both necessary and urgent. In response, MGCNLCA is stepping forward in faith through the Alabang Campus Project — a visionary initiative to establish a new campus in Alabang Global City and extend the school’s legacy of Christ-centered, excellent education to more families in the South.
