Expanding the Mission to the South
To shape the vision for the new campus, MGCNLCA engaged Architect Marc Henrich Go and renowned Filipino designer Budji Layug. Architect Marc Henrich Go brings both professional excellence and personal connection to the project. A University of Santo Tomas architecture alumnus and board topnotcher, he has earned recognition for his work in architecture and visual storytelling, and serves in leadership roles in design practice. As an MGCNLCA alumnus himself, his role in envisioning the Alabang Campus reflects both expertise and a deep understanding of the school’s identity and mission.
Budji Layug is one of the Philippines’ most influential design pioneers. Known for his signature Filipino design language and holistic approach to interiors, furniture, and spatial experience, he has long championed design that is both meaningful and enduring. His work draws from indigenous materials, tropical sensibilities, and a philosophy that values harmony between beauty and function.
Together, they envision the Alabang Campus as more than a place of instruction. It is being designed as a purposeful environment where faith and learning meet, where character is formed, where community is strengthened, and where future generations are prepared to lead and serve for God’s glory.
